I have been helping students to create peace and bliss through the practice of Yoga for over 12 years now. I integrate an energetic flow using techniques from the Hatha, Kripalu and Kundalini traditions. I utilize breath work, mediatation and chakra balance to help create flexibilty for the mind, body and spirit. Having been a classically trained ballet dancer I know the injuries that can be sustained from diligent training so I can help students understand their bodies and help them achieve the balance so necessary to accomplish wellness and peace in ones life.
I am a recent graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition so I incorporate the idea of balancing how we nourish ourselves with what we put into our bodies as well!
