JEN YOST, MS Ed, RYT 500 has been practicing yoga since 1999, teaching since 2003, and completed her 500 hour professional level yoga teaching certification through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2008. She teaches a compassionate and joyful approach to reducing stress and increasing flexibility, strength, energy, compassion, and self-acceptance through yoga. Jen is a Certified Yoga Dance instructor, and is a committed and passionate student of Zen meditation and awareness practice as taught by Cheri Huber.
