I am a certified aerobics instructer and have been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years. I recently started getting involved teaching the elderly and getting them to really move and keep active and have really enjoyed it. I teach for adult ed and many fitness facilities on the island. I have four kids and we all do lots of activities to really be healty.
