I am a group fitness exercise instructor certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. I am currently employed at Fusion Fitness and Aquatics. I teach Rock Body and Abs, which a sculpting class involving the use of free weights, exercise bands and tubes, stability balls, kettle bells, and the use of gravity as resistance on the body. I have also taught Cardio Kick, which is a cardio class involving the use of kickboxing, hi/lo intensity cardio, boxing gloves, weighted bags and sculpting with light weights. I also teach stretching. I have always been a fitness enthusiast and am looking forward to being an instructor on a teaching vacation.
