Fitness has always been an important part of my life. Because of my love of fitness and health, I work as a elementary physical education instructor and fitness and health instructor for teens and adults. I teach 30 hours a week and personnal train/group instruct an additional 12 hours a week. I continue to stay on the cutting edge by attending classes taught by other leaders in the field and I contnue to attend and receive certifications in all areas of fitess training. As a breast cancer survivor I know the importance of healthy lifestyles and it is a priority in my life.
