Benjamin Crosswhite

I grew up in Elkin, NC and then moved to Lynchburg, VA to attend Liberty University. Throughout my entire life I was involved in sports and fitness. I began to get recognized in my school and then college as the "fitness guy". I just graduated in May of 2011 and started my own personal training business which has taken off faster than I could have imagined.
