Denise Hitch

Attached is my yoga certification. Here is my bio:

Denise Hitch is a certified Hatha yoga instructor and founder of Yoga Destiny, LLC. Her introduction to yoga began in 1998 in New York City. After practicing for many years, she became certified as a Hatha yoga instructor in 2008.

Denise also studied techniques, teaching methodology, and child development as part of the “Bright Yogis” children’s teacher training program.

In addition to being a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA, Denise has produced a guided relaxation audio. She is a published author of Bamboo the Cat: An Interactive Yoga Story for Kids.

Denise seeks to teach her students to feel comfortable with their yoga practice and encourage their growth. “I am inspired by the variety of asanas (yoga poses) and the seemingly endless possibilities for progress in each pose.”

Currently, she teaches and lives in New Jersey.
