My name is Michelle Richter. I am 40 years old and have been a cardio fitness instructor for over 10 years in various gyms throughout Chicago and the Northern Suburbs. I specialize in Cardio Kickboxing and Kick Box Sculpting as well as integrate boot camp fitness activities into my classes . My classes are high-energy cardiovascular workouts for all levels that improve your stamina, endurance and sculpt your muscles while working the entire body. Fitness is my passion and thus a way of life. Being an instructor I love to inspire my participants to want to punch a little harder, run a little faster and sweat a little more. As a mother of 3 young children, I have found that fitness is my therapy. It re-energizes me and gives me a place to release my stress. My motto is "Work Hard, Play Hard and Sweat even harder"
