My career in fitness began when I taught my first kickboxing class in 2002 and realized my passion for helping people get in shape in a fun and energetic environment! Since then, I have earned certifications through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and am a full time personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I specialize in weight loss, meal planning, sports nutrition, fitness boot camps, and overall lifestyle planning and coaching. When I am not at the gym, I am usually outside wakeboarding, snowboarding, playing sand Volleyball, traveling, running red rocks, or hiking with my husband and 3 dogs. I will motivate you to succeed and push yourself to the limit in a fun and challenging personal or group training session!
