Meggan received her 200 hour instructor training through CorePower Yoga. She teaches vinyasa yoga and yoga sculpt as well as teaches "intro to yoga" workshops. She believes yoga should be accessible to all who wish to practice so she also teaches summer weekly community yoga classes around the Minneapolis lakes.
Meggan began practicing yoga after a fellow dance teacher offered classes. She soon fell in love with the movements and flow. After an absence from practice, she returned to her mat as a way to compliment marathon training and group fitness. Soon she fell back in love with the movement as well as deeply appreciated the philosophy behind yoga.
