I am a certified 200 HR RYT instructor in vinyasa style yoga.  I have been involved in the yoga community for over 5 years. 

I am dedicated and passionate about my practice, as well as leading others in their practice. 

I was in the banking industry for 24 years in management. I live in the NYC area.

I am married and have a 10 year old son, Vincent.
