Amy Sigler

I am a registered yoga teacher and plan on becoming a certified yoga teacher soon.  I enjoy teaching hatha style yoga that is relaxing and energizing all in one!  I usually have anywhere from 7 to 12 people come to my class each Saturday.  I enjoy creating sequences and pride myself on being creative and unique with each class.
