I have been practicing yoga for over a decade.   I love the fact that I don't need
any fancy equipment.  The feeling of expanding and stretching on the small space
of the yoga mat is wonderful and complete.  Going inside to the expansiveness of
the mind and body through movement and breath, is all we need.
Throughout my Kripalu teacher training,  breath awareness and conscious
intention to promote ease and stability in each pose was strongly emphasized.   
My goal is to help  students find and maintain a peaceful mind and body.  
Yoga is an extraordinary tool for creating a loving and meaningful life, and since
it cannot be owned - it must be shared. Everyone deserves to experience peace
and calm everyday through the practice of yoga.
