Brenda Golderos

Borned raised in a beutiful Island, Puerto Rico. Starting teaching aerobics in 1985 as a teacher's helper at the University of Puerto Rico. As a student member of the swimming team at the University of Puerto Rico, Member of the International Team Water Polo team. Member of the International Team Hand Ball. In the present I am working as a Fitness Coordinator and trainer with the City of Dallas. Also practicing to complete my 4th Iron man competition and many other raises. I have a BA in physical Education, MBE in education and working in my second master in Physiology. I love my profession and the satifaction of helping people wellness. My specialties are kick boxing, spinning and weight training.
