I have been teaching for 7 years. I am AFAA, ACE, TURBO KICK AND SPINNING certified. I instruct many types of classes including Muscle Conditioning, Step, Bosu, Spin classes and recently Turbo Kick. I am a certifed Personal Trainer through ACE. I love all types of sports and like to incorporate outdoor sports into my classes whenever possible. I have been a health nut all my life and like to share my passion with others.
