Yvette Bachman

I am 48 years old and have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve thier fitness goals.  In addition to being a certified personal trainer I also teach group fitness classes in a wide variety of formats to keep things fresh for my clients. My hobbies include tennis, golf, biking, running and anything else that keeps me moving.   I enjoy traveling with my husband, particularly to the Carribean.
