Ashley Lafreniere

My name is Ashley Lafreniere, I have been actively involved within the fitness industry over the past 5 years. Ever since I was young, I was always active within sports (volleyball, soccer, track etc) and I decided to continue on with fitness as my passion after high school was complete as my new found career. I went to George Brown College and graduated in 2009. Since 2009 I have been teaching for the City of Vaughan as a group exercise instructor, fitness consultant, personal trainer and no w in my current role as Fitness Programmer. I love working in the fitness industry as I love being able to challenge and help people meet their own goals and making their so called "impossible" possible.
