I graduated from Regent University with an MA in Film Theory / Production & from WVSU with a BS in Communications. I'm RYT-200 certified through the Yoga Alliance & completed training through the OM Seva School of Yoga in Charleston, WV. I also enjoy scuba diving (Rescue Diver through PADI) & hiking & have over 6 years experience working in the film / tv industry as a freelance camera operator & producer. I teach group & private classes as well specialized workshops in Basic Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Hot, and Restorative Yoga.
