I have always had a love for dance and fitness.  I don’t only move to the rhythm, I feel the music deep down in my soul.  Although I am not a formally trained dancer, I have never stopped dancing since I was a child.  As an adult, I never miss an opportunity to bust a move whether in the car, at a party, wedding, or while I am cleaning up. 

 

I started taking Zumba® and knew that this was what I was born to do.  I feel like I am at a party when I am teaching Zumba®.  There is no greater feeling than getting lost in good music, exercising, and having fun.  My goal is to motivate and to bring the passion and love that I found in Zumba® to others that take my class.  I know that everyone can achieve their personal health and fitness goals one pound and inch at a time.  I believe in the uniqueness and beauty of every body type and am certain that there is no one perfect shape. 

 

I have been doing aerobic exercise since I was 9 years old.  I started out taking the aerobic classes of Denise Austin and Gilad Janklowicz from the television.   Since then I have exercised practically all my life. 

 

I have been a Vegan for the past 11 years and I believe in regular exercise and good nutrition.  I credit my ability to sustain my weight over the last 11 years with good nutrition and regular exercise.

 

Zumba® is the best stress reliever, best workout, it is simply exercise in disguise.  It is time for everyone to ditch the workout join the party!

 

CERTIFICATIONS

 

I am a Certified Zumba® Fitness Instructor that belongs to the ZIN Network.  I am certified in Group Aerobic Instruction with the American Aerobic Association International Sports Medicine Association  (AAISMA).
