I am extremely well versed in yoga, and teach a variety of styles capable of teaching all ages. I am a well rounded group fitness instuctor, teaching step, spinning, weight training, and circuit classes. I have a lot of energy and passion for what I do and love to give people a memorable experience in my classes. My passion stems from being a busy mother of three girls, ranging in age from 2-10 exercise is mandatory in my life giving me energy while maintaining balance and peace.
