Born and raised in Germany, I have studied and enjoyed dancing since childhood. I moved to the USA in 2000. While studying Recreation Therapy, I took dance classes at Virginia Commonwealth University. I have been a Zumba Instructor and ZIN Member since February 2010, and I am an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Moreover, I have been teaching Pilates since the Spring of 2011, TRX suspension training since November 2011.
