I have been involved in fitness all my life.  But as a stay at home mom the YMCA became my life line to others. I got into teaching Strength and Resistance and taught it for 2 year.  I also tought Pilates for 1 1/2 years, but have been practicing Pilates for 18 years and now, currently I teach PiYo Live for the past 2 1/2 years.  I love helping people live a healthier lifestyle and get and stay active.
