I have taught for over 27 years.  Classes have varied over time as the industry changes (Step, Weight Lifting, Yoga/Pilates, Groove (Zumba), kick boxing, abs, butts and guts, stretching, Bosu, cycling).  I'm very energetic, motivated, caring and above all, a helpful instructor who listens and desires to help participants of all ages reach their fitness goals while having fun!  My class participants always enjoy the professionalism I portray as well as the entertainment I provide. Step is my favorite class; however, Yoga/Pilates completes my busy life.  Married, 3 children who are all involved in fitness/sports of some kind.  Teaching and staying fit will always be an important part of my life as the benefits far outweigh living a sedentary lifestyle.  People of various personalities enjoy being around my positive attitude. I love teaching; I'm a health fitness junkie.
