I am a certified Pilates Matwork Instructor who is currently persuing my Pilates Reformer Certification and I also have experience in teaching Total Body and BootCamp style fitness classes.
I initially started taking Pilates for my own personal benefit with the knowledge that Pilates is a program of mind-body exercise which has been shown to increase flexibility, flatten abs, reduce back pain and improve posture, balance and coordination.
After noticing results in as little as ten classes I became hooked on Pilates, as well as my wellness and fitness in genera, and I couldn’t help but want to share my new found love of Pilates with as many people as possible. I realized the easiest and most direct way to share my passion was by teaching Pilates. I have been teaching for about three years and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of every class. Due to this love and joy I have begun to make a career change in which I will be in the health, wellness and fitness not only as a certified Pilates matwork instructor but also as a Pilates appartus certified instructor and a certified fitness trainer. I look forward to the many opportunities that lay ahead for myself and those I will assist in meeting their live's health and wellness goals.
