Claire Lunardoni

Claire Lunardoni is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Mad Dogg Spinning certified instructor based in San Francisco, California. She has been a personal trainer since 2005 and founded her own personal training and coaching company, Integrated Endurance, in 2010. Claire enjoys cycling, road running, trail running, swimming, and triathlons of all distances. Because of her diverse interests, Claire believes that you must enjoy what you are doing to achieve your best results and works to optimize the exercise experience of everyone who works out with her. Claire also believes in using fitness to give back to the Bay Area community. She is a training ride leader for the AIDS/LifeCycle, leading two training rides per month. Claire also enjoys sharing a tandem bike with visually impaired athletes with the Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program. She has been a coach for Girls on the Run, an organization that uses non-competitive running to build self-confidence and social skills for elementary school girls. Claire shares her knowledge by contributing to fitness sites such as LiveStrong, eHow, and FRS. ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS: 2008 12-Hour Course Record at Saratoga 12/24, Schuylerville, NY 2009 1st place female and Course Record at Revolution 3 Aquabike, Middlebury, CT 2009 1st place female at Patriot Triathlon Aquabike, East Freetown, MA 2010 Calvin’s Challenge 12-hour Age Group Course Record, Springfield, OH Dozens of age category placings. Completion of 2 Ironmans, 2 50K runs, 7 marathons, 3 half ironmans, and AIDS LifeCycle.
