I am first and foremost a personal trainer that fell into group fitness due to the decline in the economy. As time progressed I enjoyed teaching to the masses as well as one on one training. My manager Ms. Orr wanted to add a little spice to the group fitness menu at the gym and suggested I go to a Zumba workshop. Since then I have been teaching Zumba Fitness classes on a regular basises up to as many as 15 classes a week. I have gone to every workshop available and continue to hone my fitness classes with continued education in personal training, hip hop, salsa, kettlebell, and TRx courses to make a class experience with me unforgettable. I continue to do one on one personal training for those members and students who want to take their fitness goals to the next level. I competed in figure and bodybuilding for four years.
