I obtained my personal trainer certification in May of 2002 and have worked since then as a personal trainer at a women's fitness center, the Buffalo Athletic Club for Women, located in Buffalo,NY. I work one-on-one with individuals at various levels of fitness helping them reach their goals of weight loss, improved strength, and/or overall improved health and wellness. I enable my clients to reach their goals by utilizing a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and flexibility training. My experience includes expertise with free weights, machine weights (i.e. Nautilus) and cardio machines (treadmills, elliptical trainers, etc.). I especially enjoy teaching people new and different ways to challenge themselves and have fun while achieving the results they desire.
