Aqua- both shallow and deep water aerobics using pyrmaid builds, choreography and drills. I work with noodles, water-weights, belts, bands and tubing in the water.
Step- beginner to master level step.
Scultping- Strictly Strength- more basic, 1 plane, 1 muscle group at a time . FIT (Functional Integrative Training) more advanced, multi joint, multi plane, with 1 foot off the ground stability moves. TC (total conditioning) most advanced- multi joint, muscle and planes, with stability and plyometric moves added in. I work with weights, body bars, bosu, medicine ball, stability ball, figure 8's, tubing and benches.
