I have been consistantly teaching group fitness since 1994. I specialize in TRX, Step, Muscle Maddness/Sculpting, Body Pump, Bootcamp as well as Hi/Lo. I work part time at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital as an RN in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. I am a mother of 3 boys and been married for 9 years. I enjoy running during my down time.
