Sacred Pathways is the foundation of a personal vision that feels much more like a birthright than a business. As a teenager and young adult, the vision of connecting individuals and communities with nature and the realm of healing began to sync into my consciousness, which led me to study environmental studies in college, focusing upon cross-cultural dynamics that affect our human-nature relationship…

After experiencing shifts in consciousness through my own personal explorations of nature and healing arts, the necessary alignment after college was to deepen this exploration with specific studies designed to bring this vision to assist others. This led to in-depth trainings in a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu Center for Healing Arts and a 660 hr Polarity Practitioner Training at the Polarity Realization Institute (Spa Tech).  

Currently, I am offering the gifts of this vision through healing work (energy medicine) and yoga classes that assist clients and the community in accelerating their healing process and guiding individuals to feeling a deeper relationship with their essence, which is reflected in nature.
