After having four children in almost as many years, I found myself to be about 80 pounds overweight. I began running in an effort not only to shed pounds, but to improve my overall health as well. After making significant progress with running, I hit a plateau and knew I had to take my fitness training to the next level. I joined Shark Fitness (www.sharkfitness.net) and quickly began achieving dramatic results. Inspired by my own success, I made the decision to become a certified trainer in an effort to pass along my experience and knowledge to others.
