Sara Mills, a Can-Fit-Pro and NESTA certified Personal & Fitness Trainer, has created a comprehensive fitness bootcamp system that is designed to dramatically reshape your body and change the way you think about food & fitness.  She has over 10 years of fitness experience and is incredibly passionate about it.

As the founder of SHOCK Conditioning, Sara strives to create a unique experience for each client and provides all the tools necessary to help each person achieve and surpass their fitness and weight loss goals.

In addition to running marathons & heading up a local hiking club, Sara also practice's as a Registered Massage Therapist and holds several additional certifications in Food Psychology, Group Fitness, Indoor Cycling, TRX Suspension Training, Personal Training, Zumba, and more.
