Hannah Dempsey

I have taught yoga classes all along the east coast: from the tip of Long Island to the deep Palm Beaches of South Florida. I teach at universities and senior centers and anywhere else that will let me! I have been practicing yoga since early high school and received my certification as an instructor while finishing my junior year of college. It was a very traditional and renowned 200 hour program that was integral to the roots of yoga. I started teaching immediately after and have since enjoyed the privilege of bring energy and restoration to many people in all walks of life.
