Dave Piccirillo

Dave just graduated Hofstra University with a bachelors degree in exercise science. As a collegiate soccer player, amateur bodybuilder, and powerlifter, strength and conditioning is Dave's passion. He has been studying functional strength and agility over the past few years and plans to open his own performance center soon. He currently personal trains at Equinox Fitness with many different populations including aspiring athletes and weekend warriors to an elderly and injured population. He has competed in over 5 bodybuilding competitions over the last 3 years and is currently aspiring to become a strength coach at a Division I college.
