I am a 41 year old single mother of 3 young children. I have been in the health and fitness industry most of my life. Over a year ago I found where my heart lies...ZUMBA!! In all the years in this industry I have never come across a more challenging, action packed, enjoyable and fullfilling mode of exercise. In addition, it has brought me closer to my class participants then any other classes I've ever held. I take great pride in the classes I run. We pack out all of them with fun, energy, confidence, togetherness and a belief that talent and ego have no place in our revolution....and it works. My classes are full of wonderful people...the dancers and the left feet alike, that are reaping the benefits of exercise - some for the first time in their lives.

In addition, I've brought this fitness revolution into the school systems of Nassau County. Its still a new endeavor, but it's catching on! Children are finding a fun, energized, exciting way to move in a non competitive, party like atmosphere. What could be better?

I work 7 days teaching at least one class a day. In my spare time, I enjoy a simple life with my 11year old daughter and 6 and 9 year old sons. They've all experienced my classes (mostly being 'dragged' to work, as they put it!). We love to bake and cook, play outside, paint and color. All with our fair share of Mommy breaking up tons of bickering! All good...all the time :)
