Jeanine, the Dancing Chef, is a professional chef, Health Coach,
JourneyDance™ Facilitator and a graduate of the Institute for
Integrative Nutrition. Jeanine has been producing cooking class events,
parties, weddings, and social gatherings for over 7 years in
Manhattan. She worked as a Chef at the JivamukTea cafe, The Bahamas,
Hawaii and Washington, DC. As a Health Coach, Jeanine has created the
JourneyDance Detox, a six week program to initiate lifestyle change,
teaching the participants how to cook delicious simple feasts, create
realistic fitness goals that are fun and easy and creates a supportive
community through dance classes. She also has a growing private coaching
practice. (JourneyDance is an artistic movement form that allows folks
to empower themselves thru movement and design their lives) Jeanine has
led JourneyDance workshops at: The Ailey Extension, (NYC) Jivamukti
Yoga School, (NYC) Kripalu Yoga Center, The Omega Institute in
Rheinbeck, NY and Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Costa Rica, and the PEX
Art Festival in MD. She leads monthly Sunday Afternoon JourneyDance
workshops at Pure Yoga West in Manhattan.
