Stephanie Luschen

I started working at the gym in college as a part time job.  I attended many group fitness classes and loved the atmosphere and the workouts so much that I started to think that I might want to teach group fitness.  Then one day the director saw me taking a class and approached me about becoming certified and my dream turned into a reality when I got certified a few months later! 

It turns out that my part time college job turned into my passion!  I graduated college with a degree in Elementary Education and got a teaching job, but continued to work at the gym!  I love to motivate and challenge my class participants to get fit and keep coming to classes!  As it turns out, I love teaching students of all ages!
