My name is Lisa Tremblay and I'm originally from Northern Ontario and speak and write both English and French. I have been a fitness enthusiast for the last 6 years. I started my journey weighing at 215 pounds size 18 pants, measuring only 5'1 in height. I had to do something about it as I was depressed and unhappy with who I was. That's when Fitness entered my life. I developed a passion for group exercise, as I was having fun working out I was losing the pounds and the inches. I lost 80 pounds, wearing a size 6 in pants today. That's when I decided that I wanted to help other people like me or to just motivate people to stay in shape.
I have been a fitness instructor for 5 years and certified with Can-Fit-Pro for the last 3. I teach various classes from hi/low to bootcamps to Group Cycling. I LOVE what I do. I'm also recently a Group Exercise Manager for GoodLife Timmins and since then I have received two other types of certifications such as BodyFlow (Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates Program) and RPM (Group Cycling) with LesMills Canada.
I'm high energy, very personable and bubbly. I always remind my clients that there is no "I CAN'T" My job is to make sure that EVERYONE gets to enjoy their workout and to leave with their towel full of sweat and a smile on their face ;) !
