My name is Nathan Jordan and I have played a myriad of sports from hockey to Australian Rules Football. My interest in sports and weight lifting led me to become a personal trainer. I started my own facility earlier this year and enjoy training groups of 8-12 people at a time. We use suspension straps, kettlebells, body weight, as well as dumbbells and barbells. I am on a never ending mission to learn more about the human body and how to improve people's fitness. Earlier this year I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management with an emphasis on Wellness and Fitness. Next month I plan on signing up for some continuing education credits either through the IYCA or ACSM. My clients that have been consistent have achieved very impressive results. I can design a great program using any or no equipment and would love the opportunity to take my skills to a resort and give vacationers the best workout of their lives if only for a week.
