I have been a personal trainer for five years. Working with clients in balance and functional training as well as strength and cardio training. I work with a variety of fitness levels and ages, groups and individuals.
I lead water aerobics classes at Premiere Lady Fitness, Lake Austin Spa and indivuals homes. Have instructed at community pools as well with up to 40 people in the pool.
I am a certified mat pilates instructor and instruct classes at two different gyms to all levels of fitness including men and women.
I enjoy working with people and educating them on fitness and body awareness.
