I have been a Group Fitness Instructor since 2004. I am certified and experienced in teaching a variety of fitness classes including - Step, Kickboxing, TurboKick, Yoga, PiYo, Strength Training, 50/50, and Core Strength. I have a passion for fitness and love sharing that passion with others. My constant goal is to help all who cross my path achieve their health and fitness goals.
