I have been teaching Group Fitness of all types for 10 years and Personal Training for 9 years. I teaching Strength training, cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Body Flow and Boot Camp. I am excited and enthusiastic about fitness and want to share my knowledge with everyone. I often work in small groups to help fitness seekers achieve their fitness goals and have most recently guided and encouraged 7 ladies to complete their first sprint Tri-athlon. I pride myself in being able to rise to the challenge or scale back the work out, reading the audience is what I do best. My goal is that everyone feels challenged with in their own ability. I enjoy helping those that do not like exercise embrace and welcome it into their lives as a normal routine of their day. I look forward to working with Fit Bodies Inc.!
