Jay Costas

I have enjoyed teaching indoor cycling since it began.  I was a collegiate wrestler and an ironman triathlete. I did the Hawaiian ironman in 2001. I take great pains in my classes to keep the music and routines fresh. I am engaging with my classes and like to joke around a bit without losing sight of delivering an excellent workout. My profession is being the founder and owner of several small businesses, including carwashes, oil changes, a drive through coffee shop, and a pizza restaurant. However, I love teaching spinning and my wife says I put more effort into my classes than I do my businesses!
