Not everyone chooses to be a personal trainer, sometimes personal training chooses you. I have to be one of these Trainers. I don't beleive I could be better at any other role, I was born to be. I try to imagine a life without running, biking, or exercising I just don't see it. My only struggle is balance (work, play, family, fitness) if one is doing great then one is suffering, but I guess this makes me normal.

I love to train for triathelons, I like to do opstical races, and I am very creative. I branded a workout called P-MAX-90. I charge $10-$15 a person per workout(group setting).

I love TRX suspension training. Brilliant piece for travel and compact fot home gyms. I can bring my own suply if we are hired to do some group fitness on a resort with no gym set up (would be easy to pack 15 TRX straps and rubber bands). 

I guess my greatest talent is the ability to create exercises with little to no equipment (I use my environment/own body). I also like to fuse all componets of fitness together: stretching, cardio, dance, resistance training. My two favorite areas to train are abs and glutes, followed by everything else.
