I have always been an active person since I was little, participating in sports and activities in school. In my late 20’s I decided that I needed more than just a Stairmaster or treadmill, so I decided to try group fitness in 1999. I fell in love with the “fun and energy” that the group fitness instructor provided the class. I decided to get certified in group exercise in 2005 because I have a passion to help people have fun while working out. I am certified in kickboxing, step, high/low and sculpting. I typically teach 4 classes per week and hold a full time job outside of the fitness center. Group fitness has provided me energy and the feeling that I’m still in my 20’s! J
