My name is Kendall Covitz and I am a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor. I received my training from Charlestown Yoga through Finding Inner Peace in June 2011. While in my training, I started a yoga blog called On An Inhale sharing my transformation and sharing yoga with others.
I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Hip Hop Vinyasa and Beginners yoga. I have experienced amazing benefits from practicing yoga, both mentally and physically.I found yoga when I was very young, about 12 or 13 and I am totally grateful for it. At that stage in my life, I was very uncomfortable with myself, especially taking part in athletic activities. I found that I was naturally flexible and I felt good about myself while practicing. I truly believe yoga is for everyone.
I love introducing people to yoga and helping students enhance their practice in a safe environment. I pride myself on being an approachable and understanding source.
