I have been
practicing yoga for over 35 years, and have taught yoga for more than 12 years. I am a trained and certified yoga instructor and have studied with many leading national
instructors.
I teach many styles of hatha yoga including vinyasa, slow flow, prenatal yoga and chair yoga. I also created a water yoga class that I offer twice a week in the pool at Franklin Athletic Club. My teaching includes yoga therapy and meditation for cancer survivors.
