Lara Lavery

I have been dancing since the age of three. I have been teaching Zumba since March 2010, and I love it. There is no better cardio-fitness class in my opinion- the music, the moves, and the party atmosphere combine to make the perfect work-out. I love teaching Zumba and being inspired by those I teach.
