Amanda Hart is an extremely knowledgeable and passionate personal trainer and Zumba instructor. She began personal training in 2005 while she was a student at The Ohio State University, pursuing a dual bachelors in exercise science and community nutrition. After graduating in 2008, she starting seeing clients full time, helping people achieve goals ranging from weight loss to sport performance to easing pain and mobility issues. Through Zumba, she is able to bring a party atmosphere to fitness, giving a heart pounding workout to fun Latin beats. Additionally, Amanda trains the trainers, teaching personal training certification courses through the World Instructor Training Schools and writes fitness and nutrition articles for LIVESTRONG.com.
