I began teaching group fit in 1979 at European Health Spas, Hamden, CT. I earned a BS in 1983 and continued working in fitness as an instructor. I was hired in 1988 by Joseph Pepe to direct group fit programs for 3 of his facilities. i remained with him until 2005, when i signed on with The Edge Fitness Clubs of Fairfield, CT, with whom i am currently employed. I instruct in 6 of their facilities. Fitness is my passion! I cannot imagine life without being involved in it. I am 50 years old and a mother of 3 healthy beautiful children ages 16, 15 and 4 (YES 4!) all of whom share my love of sports and fitness!
